Responsibilities include preparation of financial estimates and route designs for strategic fiber deployment for interconnects, alternative access, maintenance, plant extension, I-Net, Cell Backhaul, Metro-Ethernet, and AT&T Local Network business applications. Also responsible for performing project management tasks related to all technical, construction, financial, documentation, and quality control aspects of assigned projects. Analyze and process contractor invoices. Member of the emergency restoration team.

Responsibilities included preparation of fiber route layouts as well as project management of construction in fiber and node deployment for regional rebuilds. Review and approve node layout configurations from design center via route surveys. Engineer diverse fiber routes for effective node deployment, while managing pole line continuity, underground, and building penetration issues. Also responsible for generating appropriate B.O.M.'s for construction requirements, manage contractor or in-house labor efforts in fiber deployment, prepare and submit complete fiber documentation for regional database. Manage budgetary considerations of fiber and node deployment, analyze and process contractor invoices.
